Glad that I got out of the house today and enjoyed this beautiful day.
Glad that I overcame the urge to stay inside, where it's warm, where I could curl up on the couch.
Glad I got my heart racing. Glad I felt the warm sun's rays through the cold, frigid air.
Grateful for all of this and more.
