Coconut Macaroons

One of my favorite new treats this Christmas season is Coconut Macaroons.   These are really easy, and so yummy!   I found this great recipe on Yesterfood, and just followed the easy directions.

When my daughter arrived home from college yesterday, one of the first things she said was that she wanted to make Christmas sugar cookies this weekend.  So of course we had to do it!!!
