Gratitude - Day 117

(posted a day late)

I'm grateful today for getting my butt out the door on a walk/jog this morning.   

I got some great exercise in, then I came home and fixed a healthy breakfast, and logged all my food. Then I kept the habit going all day, and ended up having a great day full of healthy food choices.

After a few days in a row, my body will tell me how grateful it is that I'm treating it well, but today my heart tells me it's grateful.
