What a beautiful day, made all the better by spending it with my wonderful husband all day.
We had a relaxing morning with a wonderful conversation over coffee and french toast. The kind of conversation that gets to the heart of what is real and what is important.
Then we filled our day with home care activities, including building something together, exploring the county a little bit in search of the landfill, and doing lots of yard work side by side.
Follow that up with grilled steaks.
Then follow that with s'mores around the fire pit.
Then a snuggle in the hammock watching the stars come out.
Today, as yesterday, I'm very grateful for the perpetuation of Love in the world. In all kinds of ways, including just being with the one you love and loving it.
